The present piece of work has been conducted (2022) on Gharana Wetland (Reserve) in order to observe avifaunal diversity and their feeding guilds. During this study, 19 species of wetland birds belonging to 16 families and 9 orders were reported from the study area. Out of 9 orders, Charadriiformes and Passeriformes dominated the community of wetland birds in the studied area, represented by 4 and 4 species, respectively.

Gastrointestinal autonomic nerve tumors (GANT) are rare tumors linked to the autonomic nervous plexuses in the gastrointestinal tract. Distinguishing them from s tromal tumors involves examining their unique ultra structural features, often through electron microscopy and immunohistochemical analysis. Despite their slow growth, they tend to have an aggressive clinical course and are often associated with a poor prognosis, frequently leading to fatalities. Here we present a case of 35 year old female presenting in the pain abdomen, loss of weight and appetite.

A The nutritional diet is one of the important external environmental factor that affects on the growth and development, stress resistance , survival ability, reproduction and also alters the sex ratio. In the present study the flies of Drosophila melanogaster were cultured in the wheat cream agar media, mixed and Ensure^® media, to understand the effect of ensure nutritional supplement on the sex ratio in Drosophila melanogaster. The results revealed that, female offspring were more than the male offspring in all three diets.

Solitary Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most type of cancer that leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Among the recent therapeutic strategies the application of probiotics for treating cancer cell is most promising one. Bifidobacterium breve is a probiotic that can be applied in treating tumor cell (for its anaerobic nature) with least adverse effect. Prodrug/enzyme therapy is one of its mechanisms of therapeutic potentiality which contains 5FC and cytosine deaminase (CD).

A quasi-experimental (pre/post-test) design was used to achieve the study aim. This study was planned to evaluate the effectiveness of video-assisted nursing intervention on lumbosacral pain and activities of daily living among antenatal primi mothers. A non-probability purposive sampling technique was used to select a total of 50 antenatal primi mothers at 28–40 weeks gestation at the Government Maternity Hospital attending the OPD in Tirupati. Data collection was done using a structured questionnaire on pain intensity levels.

A Insomnia is a serious public health concern and is described as a subjective experience of difficulty with sleep initiation, duration, consolidation, or quality that persists despite having enough opportunities for sleep and impairs one's ability to function during the day.

Pierre robin syndrome with unilateral ankylosis and obstructive sleep apnoea is uncommon. Pierre robin syndrome is characterised by a triad of micrognathia,obstructive sleep apnoea and glossoptosis. Child usually presents with hypoplastic mandible which displaces the tongue posteriorly and causes difficulty in breathing. Pierre robin syndrome is not a syndrome as such rather it is a sequence of a collection of disorders, with an abnormality presenting in other events to occur. It is usually associated with U- shaped cleft palate.

Solitary fibrous tumours are rare mesenchymal growths typically found in the pleura, although they can also originate from the mesentery, albeit rarely. Here, we present a case of a 38-year-old individual who presented with a mass in the left hypochondrium since 12 months. The patient occasionally experienced abdominal discomfort and pain. Upon physical examination, an well-defined hard mass was identified, leading to USG and computed tomograph investigations, which revealed a fibrous tumour. In September 2022 patient underwent surgery.

Papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) is the most prevalent form of differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC), typically confined to the neck and often leading to remission. Although distant metastases in DTC are uncommon, they usually involve the lungs and bones, with the liver and kidneys being less frequently affected. Metastasis to intra-orbital and intracranial sites is exceedingly rare. We hereby present a case of 68-year-old woman who presented with proptosis of right eye and swelling in right side of neck since 15 years.

Gorlin-Goltz syndrome is a rare autosomal dominant inherited disorder identified by the presence  of multiple odontogenic keratocysts, alongside a range of cutaneous, dental, osseous, ophthalmic, genital and neurological abnormalities. Prompt diagnosis is crucial as it can advance to aggressive basal cell carcinomas and neoplasias. Instances of Gorlin-Goltz syndrome in India are rare. Timely diagnosis and intervention play a critical role in mitigating the severity of long-term complications associated with this syndrome.(1)
