Abstract: 

A study the level of knowledge regarding nebulization among staff nurses and nursing students in narayana medical college in Nellore. A descriptive design was used to assess the level of Knowledge regarding nebulization among staff nurses and nursing students. The total sample size of 30 out of which 15 staff nurses and 15 nursing students was selected using convenience sampling technique. The study showed that the level of knowledge among staff nurses,6 (40%) had adequate knowledge, 6 (40%) had moderately adequate knowledge , 3 (20%) had inadequate knowledge and level of knowledge among nursing students,1 (7%) had moderately adequate knowledge, 14 (93%) had inadequate knowledge with the mean score for staff nurses with 18.7 13.8 and standard deviation of 5.9 and the mean score for nursing students with 11.6 and standard deviation of 3.0. There was a significant association between the level of knowledge regarding nebulization with their selected socio demographic variables like professional qualification and source of information. The study concluded that staff nurses had adequate knowledge than the nursing students regarding nebulization
