Abstract:
In today’s scenario ,recruitment process is too lengthy every were number of person applied for the post is day by day increasing so for convenient way there is preliminary written examination is taken or scrutiny examination is taken and after that main examination and last phase is interview this procedure is followed by MPSC. In this study research find out the probability of selection of Khandesh region or specifically (Jalgaon, dhule,nandurbar) candidates in state services examination conducted by MPSC in 2011 to 2015.
